Who are we?
2010: A Science Odyssey has been organised by second and third year science communications students at the Australian National University. The conference is a culmination of efforts to improve both our practical skills in science communication and our ability to develop and coordinate a ‘Communicating Science’ conference. 2010: A Science Odyssey is being run as a major component of our SCOM2001 practical skills for communicating science course.
2010: A Science Odyssey aims to share some the knowledge we have gained during our various fields of study. Topics ranging from psychology and environment to engineering and physics reflect the wide ranging interests and backgrounds each student represents.
